No. The try-on runs in the browser. The shopper taps Try on, grants camera access for the session, and that is it. We do not store any video or images.
iOS Safari 15+, Android Chrome 90+, and the desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. On unsupported devices the button gracefully falls back to a still-image preview.
We do. Send us frames or detailed specs and our studio produces calibrated, brand-accurate 3D assets typically inside a week.
Frame processing happens on-device. We never upload, persist or share the shopper's camera feed. Only anonymous session metrics are sent to your dashboard.
